At Live Long Labs, your satisfaction is our priority. We stand behind the quality of every product we ship.
##Returns
We accept returns within **30 days** of the delivery date.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be **unused and in original packaging**
- The seal must be **unbroken**
- You must have **proof of purchase** (order confirmation email)
We do not accept returns on opened or partially used products for hygiene and safety reasons, unless the product is defective.

## How to Request a Return
1. Email us at **support@livelonglabs.co** with your order number and reason for return
1. We will respond within **2 business days** with return instructions
1. Ship the item back to the address provided
1. Once received and inspected, we will process your refund
**Return shipping costs** are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

## Refunds
Once your return is received and approved:
- Refunds are processed within **5–7 business days**
- The refund will be issued to your **original payment method**
- Depending on your bank, it may take an additional 3–5 business days to appear

## Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged or defective product:
- Contact us within **7 days** of delivery at support@livelonglabs.co
- Include your order number and a **photo of the damage**
- We will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you

## Wrong Item Received
If you received the wrong product, contact us immediately. We will arrange the correct item to be sent and cover all associated shipping costs.

## Non-Returnable Items
The following cannot be returned:
- Opened or used supplements
- Items purchased on final sale or with a promotional discount greater than 40%
- Gift cards

## Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled **within 12 hours** of being placed, provided they have not yet been dispatched. After that, the standard return process applies.

## EU & UK Customers — Statutory Rights
If you are based in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you have the right to cancel your order within **14 days** of receiving your goods under the Consumer Contracts Regulations (UK) and EU Consumer Rights Directive, without giving any reason.
To exercise this right, notify us in writing at **support@livelonglabs.co** within 14 days of delivery. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty.
